First of all you need to install a color in your palette called cut contour. You need to do this only once:
- Click on the 'fill color' icon in the main toolbar on the left, and drag to the 'color table' icon.
-Click on the button 'library'.
You will now see a lot of libraries containing vinyl’s.
Browse to the library called 'SPOTCOLORS_COLORCHOICE.TBX'
- Select the color called 'CutContour' and click OK.
- You are now back in the library.
Select the newly added 'CutContour' color and optionally move it to the start of the table by using the 'As First' button.
Now the cut contour color is installed correctly in the color palette. If you want an object to be cut in ColorChoice/VersaWorks, make sure its line width is 0 (a hairline), and the contour color is 'CutContour'. You can do this by selecting the object, followed by right-clicking the 'CutContour' color in you color palette.
Now you have two options to transfer your design to VersaWorks:
1. By Using ‘File, Windows Print’
2. Exporting the design as ‘Encapsulated Postscript (*.EPS)’ and opening/importing this .EPS file in VersaWorks

EasySIGN communicates with the PrintServer by sending a temporary .AI file. You might try .PDF or .EPS by running one of the following .REG-files from
"...\EasySIGN\V0X\Tools" (X>=5):
| Exchange Format | .REG-File |
| PDF | “PV5 Print through PrintServer using PDF.reg” |
| EPS | “PV5 Print through PrintServer using EPS.reg” |
| DEFAULT | “PV5 Print through PrintServer using DEFAULT.reg” |

Create a file called nethasp.ini in the Windows directory of a client.
Copy the following lines to that file:
[NH_TCPIP]
NH_SERVER_ADDR=WWW.XXX.YYY.ZZZ
NH_PORT_NUMBER=475
The next thing to do is changing the values WWW.XXX.YYY.ZZZ into the IP-Address of your server to which the EasySIGN NetHASP is attached.
If for example your server has the IP-Addres 192.168.2.25, the nethasp.ini file should have the following contents:
[NH_TCPIP]
NH_SERVER_ADDR=192.168.2.25
NH_PORT_NUMBER=475
Save the file and check whether the client can connect to the License Manager.
Finally, copy the nethasp.ini file to the Windows directory of the clients that are unable to locate the NetHASP License Manager.

You’ve probably assigned the ‘Registration color’ to the Pen- or FillStyle of your objects.
An object is assigned the Registration color if one of the color swatches inside the EasySIGN Status bar displays a black rectangle with a white ‘R’ inside.
If you don’t see these swatches, you’ll probably have to switch on the Status bar in the ‘View’ menu.
Please consult the EasySIGN online manual for further details concerning the registration color.
