When I try to logon for downloading a Service Pack, my logon is not accepted.

 

Internet Explorer
Please check your Internet Explorer security setting. It may not be set to High. Choose ‘Normal’ or lower. If set to ‘High’, the EasySIGN website cannot be opened. You also have to set your ‘Privacy’ to ‘Normal (High)’ or lower.

NOTE: You must restart your Internet Explorer after changing these settings.

Internet Explorer 7.0 (Windows Vista ß2)
You have to set your ‘Privacy’ to ‘Low’ or lower.


Mozilla Firefox
Use at least version 1.5.0.1. If you still experience problems, please invoke "Tools, Clear Private Data..." and erase all items.
