help you to prepare your infrastructure for optimum use of EasySIGN software.
Especially in a network environment we recommend that you make use of our
dealers' professional network services or those of other system integrators.
Training consulting and customizing
Our expert dealers will support you with
the implementation of your new software solution. They know the software
inside-out and can help you to set it up to suit your processes. They will
provide the expertise you need in the language your employees speak. If our
standard solution needs customizing such as specific driver behaviour, your
dealer and NCD offer everything from analysis to implementation.
The regular issues of our software can be
solved by checking the FAQ (Frequently
Asked Questions). For urgent and day-to-day support questions you need to
contact your dealer. Your dealer will also be able to provide technical support

Downloading the latest patches
Most problems are solved by installing
the latest Patch/Service Pack of
the software. The installation of a Patch/Service Pack will even examine your
current installation and repair files that might be damaged. We advice you to
install the latest Patch/Service Pack before contacting us.
Registered customers can visit our Restricted User
Area for downloading the latest patches of the EasySIGN
software. You can even see which changes have been made since your last
installation.
