Support Request

 

Through e-mail we try hard to offer you the most accurate and prompt support available. However, we ask your help in this by being as elaborate as possible. Do not only describe what went wrong, but try to give as much detail as possible. As you can imagine, we can only solve problems we can reproduce. Therefore, we need to know at least the following:

  • What happened (or did NOT happen) and what did you expect to happen?
  • Does the problem occur in a specific worksheet? If so, please attach the worksheet.
  • What error messages did appear, if any?
  • What actions have you taken to resolve the problem?
  • Run VERSIONINFO.EXE and attach the result.
    This provides us with all the installation details we need.

  • Did you make any relevant changes to the computer, hardware, or software before the problem appeared?
  • Your contact details such as your name, company name and email address.
