How can I change my payment method?

    Changing your payment method for EasySIGN is possible, but only during a specific window around your subscription renewal. During this period, you can use the link provided in our renewal emails. It is not possible to change your payment method if you are currently using bank transfer or BACS.

    When can I change my payment method?

    You can update your payment method from the moment your renewal invoice is issued (15 days before the renewal date) until the payment request is submitted to our Payment Service Provider, Mollie (2 days before the renewal date).

    Once your renewal invoice is issued, you will automatically receive an email containing a link to switch your payment method.

    What if a payment fails?

    If your renewal payment fails (e.g., due to an expired credit card), a 15-day grace period will be applied to your subscription. During this time, you can still switch your payment method via the link in our email reminders. If the payment is completed successfully within this grace period, your subscription will continue without interruption.
