I cannot get easysign to tell me the size of my vinyl when I say Query plotter page. I have tried all the things I could find online to connect easy sign to my plotter. I can cut on it just fine and I can measure the vinyl and set up the page manually, but I cannot use the Query plotter page which saves a lot of time in production. Do any of you know what to do? did I miss something in the installation or is it an error in the software. Please help

Eerst je folie in de plotter laden >> klik rechtermuisknop in je werkblad >> klik “pagina instellingen”>> 2e blokje “opvragen”>>OK
