No response from the plotter

    Hi Easysign,

    I’m having some issues trying to read the page from my plotter. Whenever i try to configure the page, a message appears saying that there is no response from the plotter, but if i do it manually (if i measure the vinyl myself and put the measures in the program and start to cut) it cuts….

    Can you help me solve this problem?
