One of the EasySIGN Support engineers is happy to help you get back to business when there’s no ready-made solution to your question. Online support sessions are done by phone, e-mail, and/or TeamViewer. The duration of our Premium Support is flexible: we’ll be there for you as long as you need us.
The real job starts after installing and configuring EasySIGN and your devices. With an additional hour online training, we’ll guide you through the software and answer any questions you may have about producing easily, flawless, and painless.
An easy guide to install, activate, and configure EasySIGN on your PC is available on our forum. We gladly take it off your hands if you don’t feel comfortable to install and configure the software yourself, or if you have any questions that are not answered by our community yet.
If your license is activated on your EasySIGN account, you can just install EasySIGN on any PC and sign-in with your account to get going. If your license is or has to be activated to a USB dongle or on 1 specific PC, things can get a bit more complicated. We gladly take it off your hands if you don’t feel comfortable to do this yourself.
