One of the EasySIGN Support engineers is happy to help you get back to business when there’s no ready-made solution to your question. Online support sessions are done by phone, e-mail, and/or TeamViewer. The duration of our Premium Support is flexible: we’ll be there for you as long as you need us.
We take over the installation and configuration for you and ensure that the software is correctly set up in combination with your cutter and connected applications. In addition, you will receive 1 hour of training from us and we will answer all your questions.
An easy guide to installing, activating, and configuring EasySIGN on your PC or laptop is available on the forum. We will gladly help you if you prefer not to install the EasySIGN software yourself. We also make sure that your cutter is ready to go.

If your license is activated on your EasySIGN account, you can install the software on any PC and log in with your personal login details.
If you prefer your license on a USB dongle or on a specific PC, that’s also possible. We are happy to make the desired adjustment.
