EasySIGN is a Windows software package. You can run EasySIGN on a Mac if you run Windows under a virtual environment (for example with Boot Camp or Parallels).

Of course! You can open your older files, even from EasySIGN V5, in the latest version of EasySIGN. However, you can’t open new files in your old version of EasySIGN, but you’ll get addicted to the latest version so there’s no reason for going back 😊
We recommend a 64-bit system running Windows 10 or 11 (not older). Installing EasySIGN requires approximately 2 GB of free hard drive space and we recommend another 10 – 15 GB of free space for temporary files etc. We recommend 6 GB of RAM on and at least 2 GB is required. There are no specific graphics card requirements unless you are using Adobe Photoshop 2022 or higher. Then use Adobe’s specs. Depending on which old machine(s) you have, the PC may need to be equipped with the correct port. To advise on this, we need more information about the brand and type of machine and the current port used.

It depends on your situation. How many people need to work with EasySIGN at the same time? EasySIGN works with floating (concurrent) sign-in licenses. You can install one license on multiple PCs and easily switch between workstations. One license can be active on one PC at a time.
Example: You have 2 licenses on the same sign-in (one license user e-mail address) and EasySIGN is installed on 5 PCs. In that case, EasySIGN can be active on 2 PCs at the same time. On all PCs, you can see where the licenses are and you can claim a license that is currently in use. This will release the license on the other PC. Everyone can always save their work.
For engraving, EasySIGN Premium has all the tools you need. 😊 If you also want to do laser engraving and laser cutting, EasySIGN Pro is a great fit as well.
An EasySIGN subscription is a sign in license. You can work on multiple PC’s with EasySIGN. But one at the same time. You need 2 licenses if you want to work on 2 PC’s at the same time.

No. EasySIGN uses sign-in licenses: just log in with your e-mail address and password, so you don’t need a dongle anymore 😊. An internet connection is required at least when starting the software. No internet at your place? Please contact our support team. Offline licenses (with or without a USB dongle) are available as an option.

Since Pantone is a protected brand, we are not allowed to include it in our software.
You can create your own color library per customer or per job and convert the pantone colors to CMYK or RGB via https://www.pantone.com/color-finder
Everything you create in EasySIGN, is an object. It can be a simple shape (rectangle, circle, etc.), a complex curve, text, a bitmap, groups of other objects, effects, anything! These objects are positioned on layers. By default you’ll have the Main Layer (containing your design), Guidelines layer (not part of the design but helpful when designing), and Cropmarks layer (not part of your design but helpful when producing). You can add any other layer and position the objects as you like, if you’d like to structure your worksheet.
