After installing the 2024 we’ve had issues where the licenses aren’t working (Unable to use the full product, items etc greyed out), even though there’s sufficient licenses available to the account.
Anyone know a fix? We tried the below which worked on the older versions, but isn’t working at the moment:
If the software is not licensed (all the icons are greyed out) and you are not being prompted to sign in. You can manually license the software by going to C:\Program Files\EasySIGN\V06 (same dir as the main exe) and running AccountManager.exe, signing in with the licensing@ credentials. The window will close without prompt, run the software again and it should work
