internal processing error (512)

    I am just starting to cut graphics for a huge job I have to install tomorrow and easysign will not open, I get the following message….

    “Due to an internal processing error (512), we can’t retrieve your licenses. Please contact us at support@easysign.com

    I have emailed support but need to work late tonight to finish getting this job ready so need something sorted as soon as possible!

    Just received this in an email…

    IMPORTANT! We are currently experiencing downtime on an old license server. If you are unable to log in to your EasySIGN software, download the new version at https://www.easysign.com/software/download/
    The download page shows the 2023 version, but by downloading you already get the 2024 version, which includes the new license server support.

    Downloaded onto our three machines the new 2024 version, worked on two of the machines until we closed the program. other computer is still working as its not been closed. Still waiting for a reply from support.

    Getting really cranky. Nothing but problems today with easysign. Downloaded new version and now it says I have no licence.

    Mine has been fine since I downloaded the update Kathryn. Sorry I can’t help you out, I hope you get it sorted soon. I know how frustrating it can be.

    Wij zitten met hetzelfde probleem, kunnen niet verder vanwege een interne verwerkingsfout (512).
    Graag snel een oplossing onze hele afdeling ligt plat!

    Hope everybody else managed to get this sorted, Was really panicking last night as I thought customer services would of been done for the day, but to be fair received an email pretty quickly suggesting I downloaded the latest version, website download page said it was downloading the version I already had (2023.2) but in fact this did install the new 2024 version.

    As soon as this was installed issue was resolved & all seems fine now

    Hier ook de nieuwste versie, niks werkt nog, 3 PC’s die niet werken. Productie ligt hier sil.
    Graag dringende oplossing

    Uitloggen en opnieuw inloggen is ook geen optie, kan licentie niet ophalen

    Lijkt problemen te hebben nu met kleurbeheer.

    wij krijgen met het opstarten op 1 computer de keuzes : inloggen met ander account,  koop en licentie, iets anders.

    Maar met welke keuze dan ook kom je na het inloggen weer op het zelfde scherm.

    Bonjour, Même Chose de notre coté, installation sur les 4 postes de la version 2024 seul un pc fonctionne.

    IMPORTANT! We were experiencing downtime on an old license server from October 18th till 22nd 2023. The root cause is located in the data center. If you were unable to log in to your EasySIGN software, download the beta pre-release 2024 version 36.0 was offered. Currently an official EasySIGN release 2024 (36.1 or later)  is available at https://www.easysign.com/software/download/

    The download includes the new license server support. In case you still have an issue, please contact EasySIGN at support@easysign.com

    Wir hatten ebenfalls den Fehler, jetzt die neue Version 2024 drauf und es startet wieder. Jedoch Schmiert Easysign alle 10 Min ab und wenn man nicht Gespeichert hat steht man da. Trauriges Programm mittlerweile

    All fixed for us now with help from support. patch file as well as server fixed on their end.

    EDIT: Nope one of our programs has decided to no longer work once closed.

    anyone having issues with output colour difference when printing through rasterlink since the update? easysign works fine but colours

    from previous print files are now miles out on colour, I have printed a pre update ripped file and its fine- the same file since the update is out

    I’ve donwloaded the latest version and my machine just states initializing and hangs for several minutes before giving me the 512 message

    Downloaded an update yesterday and it worked, it crashed again around an hour ago, I have downloaded several times this afternoon but no joy, very disruptive to say the least.

    hola, después de los problemas que hubo el día 19 de octubre, en el que se cerró el programa y para que volviera a funcionar hubo que descargarse la nueva actualización del 2024, desde ese día es muy frecuente tener que cerrar y abrir el programa porque en cuanto dejas de trabajar un tiempo te sale un mensaje que dice que no se encontraron las licencias. Hay alguna forma de arreglar este problema?
